Описание: I’m taking an entertaining and educational look into what the Death Star Project Construction would really entail! I research and explain what the budget would be, what risks were involved, how it might be scheduled and what crazy challenges the owner, contractors, project managers and droids could be dealing with.

I get help from project controls experts like my boss, Michael Lepage, as well as one of our new consultants and contributors, Priyanka Vijay Mohan. We have fun talking through the hypotheticals, as well as posing philosophical questions like, are droids sentient? Was Luke in the wrong? And, should team building be used to improve forced-laborers work ethic?
