These exercises will target the entire upper body so you can throw them into your workout where they best suit you. These Top Rings exercises will help you to build strength in the upper body.
These are home bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere. Going to the gym, getting a membership, buying gym clothes, getting annoyed by people at the gym... Lets avoid all of that and get started at home where there are no limits to the body that you can achieve.
