Since melee and tanks have been something that has tripped people up, I split the Floor 150 Boss up in the hopes its easier to find for people.

I have adopted a bit of an "uptime" strat, specifically for the crawling zombies. This is nothing terrible about killing the zombies one at a time. But that does mean it takes longer, and for tanks the longer you draw this fight out due to the boss' healing mechanic, the more time becomes a factor.

All I do for tank is I make sure to have a defensive mitigation cooldown at the ready, gather the zombies middle, make sure "Circle of Scorn" is ready to use, and burn the zombies with AoE Combo + Circle of Scorn. You will normally take one AoE damage, hence you'd want the defensive cooldown. It won't really do much since you're a tank, but what will be important is you do not get hit with "Dark Mist", as that would terror you.

I was able to do one rotation without STR, where it gets very close to you getting hit with Dark Mist, but you definitely are not in risk of dying from the intial 2 AoEs if you lined up defensive cooldowns.

It looks a bit spooky, but trust your tank defense and you got this!
