The Shared Ownership Center is hosting a Business Planning Webinar Series from April to June 2025 that will break down the key components in running a successful business. From concept to plan, the team will go over structure, finances, and fundraising, with a focus on creating and transitioning to a worker-owner cooperative business. This is the first webinar of our 7-part series.

Christina Nicholson, Cooperative Developer at the Shared Ownership Center, and Mara O’Neill, Business Advisor with Nextstage and consultant extraordinaire, guides you through the necessary foundations in starting a business. They go over how to assess the feasibility of a business plan and different types of cooperative businesses.
