Ruby Rose is a food and wine bar located in the center of Utrecht.
This spot is definitely celebrated for their impressive interior. The beautiful Jugendstil building from 1904 was built as a flower shop, that’s why it’s called Ruby Rose and you see lots of flowers and beautiful prints on luxurious fabrics in the decor.
The menu has Mediterranean food with influences from all over the world.
And the experience the owners want to give, is having a good time with family and friends. So the concept is shared dining, and you can try lots of different dishes seated at the gigantic bar, with some urban music in the background. The dishes have good products served in their simplicity but always bursting with flavour. Think of beautiful hams from the slicer, oysters, burrata, escargot, fruits de mer, carpaccio with fresh truffle, risotto, cheeses, pasta and small pizzas. Perfect for a drink with friends or an extensive dinner on date night.
