Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Eggs
Onion
Garlic
Tomatoes
Potatoes
Carrots
Parsley
Recipe:
-Shred carrots and potatoes (boiled and peeled)
-Add mixture to ground beef and work with hands
-Add salt and pepper and eggs
-Add parsley and mix by hand again
-Lightly sautee onions and garlic in olive oil
-Add meatballs to pan (medium heat)
-Brown meatballs on all sides
-Add fresh tomato sauce (I can my own in another video)
-Add parsley
-Make sure meatballs are completely covered
-Let it cook on medium
-Add parmesan cheese
SERVE UP over pasta or gnocchi or mashed potatoes or simply over more sauce. They're delicious!
