THE street scene in Morpeth is constantly changing.
As one shop closes another opens.
Development sites which seem idle for ages suddenly spring to life.
Some properties which have had one familiar use for years find themselves being put to an entirely new purpose.
The pattern of commercial change is reflected in this video of a journey along Newgate Street and Bridge Street.
A lot has happened since we made the same trip in February this year.
Opinions differ on the way our town is changing, but it is certainly not standing still.
