Today’s prayer focuses on cleansing, detox, and release as we continue replacing one meal a day with a plant based smoothie in alignment with faith and stewardship.

In today’s prayer, we cover:
• Cleansing and detox of the body
• Releasing what does not belong
• Spiritual warfare against sickness and imbalance
• Restoring organs and internal systems
• Honoring the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit

This challenge is not about perfection.
It’s about consistency, obedience, and daily nourishment.
