Enlisted Veterans have an immense degree of untapped potential to succeed in higher education and to be student leaders.
To tap that potential, the Warrior-Scholar Project addresses veterans' misperceptions about college and builds their confidence through an intense 'academic bootcamp'.
The Warrior-Scholars learn how to frame and develop their ideas in an academic context, think critically, and formulate an argument. By studying great books and great ideas, the Warrior-Scholars ultimately learn how to learn.
In short, the Warrior Scholar Project is a non-profit initiative dedicated to providing veterans, war heroes, and servicemen and women with the tools and the skills to operate as effectively in college as they do on the battlefield.
