Bangalore floods: Whose fault is it?

Nearly 85% of the land is covered with buildings or roads, according to the data by KNSDMC south, east, west, Mahadevpura and Aryanagar zones. There are 210 severe flooding spots in Bengaluru, and sensors have been fitted to 21 stormwater drains across the city.
