In this video I show you how I personally clean our 5 gallon water jugs. We have 4 of them and I usually clean them every 4-6 months. I use distilled white vinegar and popcorn kernels to clean the jugs. I don't really measure anything so sorry if you're looking for that but trust me when I say this doesn't have to perfect and you can eyeball it! I also do not do a water/vinegar solution because it takes more time and i'm very impatient and just want to get the job done quickly-- but you could do a solution of 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup water if you wanted to!
