(2020) Fall means it's time for leaf piles! Our big cats enjoy frolicking in the leaves at Turpentine Creek Refuge. They serve as an excellent form of enrichment, especially when our team rakes them up and spritzes them with perfume! The big cats have a tendency to roll in the leaves, pounce on them, and even chase them (plus their habitat mates). Leaf enrichment is just another reason why fall is an excellent time to visit the Refuge!
