In Pisac, near Cusco in the Sacred Valley in Peru every Sunday morning a colorful market takes place. Indigenous Indians come from surrounding villages to sell fruits, vegetables, flowers, clothing and many other items. Although tourists are around it is still very much a local affair.
Nearby are famous Inca excavations.
