Warm, cozy, and packed with fall flavors, this plant-based pumpkin loaf is the perfect treat for breakfast, dessert, or a midday snack. Dry Ingredients:
-1 3/4 cups of organic whole wheat flour
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
-2 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
-1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
Wet Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon of ground flax seed mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water (this is our egg replacement
-1/2 cup of apple sauce
-1/4 cup of oat milk
-1 can of pumpkin purée
-1 cup of date sugar
-1/2 cup of maple syrup
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Recipe:
1. Mix your dry ingredients in one bowl
2. Mix your wet ingredients in a separate bowl
3. Add them together and slowly mix
4. Take a baking sheet with brownie indents and cover the indents with wax paper.
5. Evenly add your mix into each section.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes!
