In this episode of Alumni Voices, we highlight the inspiring journey of André Schweizer, Class of 2016.
André’s path took him to Northwestern University, where he earned a Master of Science in Transportation Systems Analysis & Planning, and later to MIT Sloan School of Management for his MBA. Along the way, the IB Diploma at EARJ played a key role in opening doors to global opportunities and scholarships.
Today, André works as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, carrying forward the values he developed during his time at EARJ.
In this conversation, André looks back on his years at the school as a defining chapter in his life — where he built a global mindset, learned to navigate different cultures, and gained the academic foundation that prepared him for the world beyond campus.
His story reflects the lasting impact of an EARJ education — shaping leaders, communities, and global citizens.
