Ultimate Level Builder (ULB) is a free-to-play, side-scrolling level-creation game developed by American indie developer Berneyvonbean and published by BVB Games. The game mainly features pixel art and allows players to create custom levels and upload them online. In these custom levels, players control a lemony-yellow robot called "Carbo". This robot can interact with the game's many blocks, enemies, bosses, and power-ups. Additionally, Carbo can traverse so-called World Maps, which are 2D, top-down level hubs players can create, similar to Super Mario Maker 2's World Maps.
