Walking Meditation by Shafika Isaacs.
This guided walking meditation allows us to engage in mindful, wakeful walking as we pay attention to our breath, our bodies, our senses and our surroundings.
Shafika is an education researcher and practitioner and a consciousness coach. She works in complex spaces of education change and socially-just transformation, with a wide range of role-players at both global and grassroots levels, and in the spaces in-between. Currently, Shafika serves as a Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg, SA and as a technical advisor to UNESCO. She sits on numerous Boards advising telecommunication, education and green development in South Africa and globally.
