So today is Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Gurpurab, and what I wanted to do was a Vichaar honouring Guru Nanak's sort of no-nonsense, pragmatist approach to things, through an example I came across on Instagram and sort of give a wider social commentary on Sikhs today.

As always, I speak on no one's behalf but my own, nor do I accept anyone speaking on my behalf. Every Singh is a self-autonomous, sovereign, and to think, speak and act in the name of another Khalsapanthi is a violation of this Guru-gifted sovereignty.
