Air India Express confirmed the incident, stating the crew followed all safety protocols and all passengers were safely deplaned. The airline thanked passengers and Phuket airport authorities for their cooperation. Flight IX 938 departed Hyderabad at 6:42 am and landed at Phuket at 11:40 am local time on March 11.
