Ingredients :
1.Chicken drumsticks/legs - 6 big pieces= 1kg skin off
2.Onion - 2 small size ,thinly sliced
3.Ginger paste- 1 Teaspoon
4.Garlic paste- 2 Teaspoons
5.Cumin powder- 2 Teaspoons
6.Coriander powder- 2 Teaspoons
7.Cinnamon powder- half Teaspoon
8.Nutmeg powder- 2 pinches
9.Bayleaf - 2 Small and slit
10.Vlove whole- 4 crushed
11.Cardamom whole- 4 crushed
12.Sugar- 2 Teaspoons
13.Salt- 2 Teaspoons
14.Cooking oil- 3 Tableapoons
15.Ghee/Clarifies butter optional- 2 Teaspoons
16.Milk powder full cream (cow's or plant based) - 2 Teaspoons
17.Greek yoghurt or plain yoghurt Full cream (Cow's or plant based)- 3 Tablespoons
18.Extra water- half Cup
19.Green chillis whole optional- 4to 5
