Recipe:-
1. In a bowl take 2-3 boiled potatoes, peas and mash it.
2. Now add 1tsp red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, chaat masala and salt.
3. Add soaked poha for binding and make the shape as shown in the video.
4. Now dip the cutlet in a slurry-To make a slurry 3 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, salt and water
5. Coat with vermicelli or bread crumbs.
