This video was captured on the 12th floor of the Trafalgar Towers apartments on the 16th of November 2013 at around 1:00pm in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. The massive hail were the size of oranges and bombarded for a few minutes before easing up along with some rain.
Within hours of the event, versions of this video featured on Australian TV on Channel 10 Eyewitness News, Channel 9 News and prominently on the websites of scores of News Limited newspapers and various other publications. With it now being on YouTube it is featuring internationally across various mediums.
