🎃*SAVE*🎃6 step roasted pumpkin seeds👉🏽they’re crunchy, nutritious + delish 😋 make right now ⬇️
Ingredients for 2 c 🛒
•2 c pumpkin seeds
•2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
•1/8 tsp garlic powder
•1/8 tsp sea salt
•1/8 tsp black pepper
•1/8 tsp dried oregano leaves
•1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Step by step instructions ⬇️
🔥 Pre heat oven to 350*F.
🔪Cut pumpkin open + place all pumpkin seeds into a medium size bowl.
🥣 Clean pumpkin seeds thoroughly by soaking in water, then remove all pumpkin pulp + fibrous strands.
🌞 Once seeds are cleaned, let dry on a baking sheet lined w/paper towel for 30mins.
🫒 After seeds are dried, place all seeds in a bowl, add 2 tbsp EVOO, 1/8 tsp sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper + 1/8 tsp dried oregano leaves. Mix together w/a spoon ensuring all seeds are evenly coated w/oil + seasonings.
⏰ Arrange seeds on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread seeds apart w/spoon. Bake seeds at 350*F for 15mins. Stirring + flipping every 5mins.
