projectSURGE Information! (Please Read!)

✖What is projectSURGE?
An editing tournament (that means editing in general, footage used throughout this contest can be anything!) designed much like a BBT. There will be a number of rounds in the tournament. In each round, participants will be competing against each other depending on the round theme.

✖Can I join?
Of course! Just post a video response to this video or send this account a PM with your video so we know you are dedicated to this tournament. YOUR VIDEO CAN BE ANY LENGTH, ANY FOOTAGE, ANY SONG!

✖Is this an actual audition? Is it possible I won't get in?
This video is an "entry round", so as long as you post a video response or send this account a PM with your video, you will be automatically entered into the first round.

✖How long is each round? (I'm so busy and I need a lot of time)
Rounds will be generally one month long. If many people could not make the deadline, an extension will be given at the most of two weeks.

✖How long will our entries for the other rounds have to be ? (NOT INCLUDING THE ENTRY ROUND)
It will depend on the round. However, I can assure you that with each new round, the time-requirements will be extended. For example: R1: 20 secs, R2: 30 secs, so on.

✖What if I don't like my song/theme/challenge?
You are able to leave the tournament at any time. Although I hope no one leaves just because the challenge is too difficult.

✖Prizes?
Absolutely, positively nothing. (Unless you want another subscription that badly?) This tournament is to better your skills in editing and to challenge yourself. If anything, a prize will be thought of between now and the end of the contest if needed. But right now, all you will get is bragging rights.
