This huge platter was salad gold…we cobbled it right up!

Cobb Salad -
Ingredients:
Vinaigrette-
3 TB olive oil
3 TB red wine vinegar
1 TB stone ground mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste
Salad-
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1 avocado, diced
3 oz crumbled blue cheese
Chives, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Vinaigrette-
Place ingredients in a jar
Seal and shake
Salad-
Layer ingredients on a platter
Add dressing
Enjoy! 💋
