4. Lengkuas, Jahe dan Kunyit 1 ruas jari
5. Kemiri yang di sangrai 70 gr

-Bumbu Kering
1. Cengkeh 25 biji
2. Ketumbar 20 gr
3. Jinten 1,5 sendok teh
4. Kapulaga 3 biji
5. Bunga Lawang 3 biji

-Bumbu Seasoning
1. Royco Sapi 2 sachet
2. Lada Putih 1/2 sendok makan
3. Gula Pasir 1,5 sendok makan
4. Garam 1/2 sendok makan
5. Kayu Manis 5cm 1 batang
