Ingredients For gravy
Oil
2-3 black pepper seeds
2-3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomatoes

For frying veggies
1 big potatoes
1/2 ratalu

For gravy spices
2tsp salt
2tsp red chilli powder
2tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2tsp dhaniya powder
2tsp ginger&garlic
2tsp turmeric
5-6 chana dal vada
1tsp garam masala (after adding every veggies)
1 jug water

Notes
1. Take cooker add oil+ onion + tomato + spices and cook it for few mins.
2. Cut potatoes and ratalu in big pieces and fry it until it gets brown.
3. Open cooker transfer gravy paste in another pan mix everything well.
4. Now add all the spices and mix everything and let it cook.
5. Add fry ratalu + potato + chana dal vada mix everything well, add one jug full of water and add garam my
6. Cook everything for few mins.
