August of 1990 was a very busy month for the Soo Line. An Indian blockade of the CP Rail in Canada force the CP to detour their Trans-Canadian traffic through the States. Majority of the traffic went to the Soo Line. I got word of this busy time so I headed off to Columbus Wisconsin to catch the action. August 24, 1990

Between the last train on here until I left at 3am, the traffic actually picked up. Another 17 trains between 830pm-300am
