Nutrition is one of the most heavily influenced fields of science by industries and institutions. Even renowned research institutions and universities that have shaped global directions in disease management are fueled by personal and financial bias, favoring expensive, invasive surgeries over low-cost, holistic nutrition treatments. Millions of Americans pay the price, resulting in debilitating conditions and diseases.
Hear Professor Emeritus, Dr. T Colin Campbell, speak about his career and lifelong commitment to challenging deeply entrenched assumptions and practices in industry, government and academia. In his talk, he will present the mechanisms that demonstrate the harm animal products have on our health. In addition, he will share his hypothesis regarding the implications of his research on the COVID-19 crisis.
