For the crochet vest

The yarn I used is from the Arroyo line https://malabrigoyarn.com/yarns/arroyo in shade 859 (‘Primavera’). It was fabulous, and I cannot recommend enough!
Pattern self-drafted. I used half treble crochet (UK) for each row, going only into the back loop for every other row; this is what creates the ribbed effect.

For the trousers
Fabric: red fine-wale cotton corduroy.
Ribbon trim by Berisfords Ribbons & Bows.
Polyester thread by Gutermann.
Pattern self-drafted, tracing roughly around a pair of old jeans for size.
