Sugary cereals & pastries 🥐
White bread, white rice & regular pasta 🍞🍚🍝
Regular potatoes & fruit juices 🥔🥤
❌ Why? These spike blood sugar, lead to cravings, and don’t keep me full—making it harder to stay lean. White pasta, in particular, is low in fiber and digests too quickly, leaving me hungry again soon after.

Dates with butter for a perfect balance of natural sweetness & healthy fats 🤤
