Marble Mountains Da Nang

Описание: You can reach the Marble Mountains by a short ride from the city of Da Nang. As you approach, you'll notice how they are an isolated group of mountains clustered not far from the sea shoreline. The mountains carry names of elements and have pagodas, statues and caves throughout. We explored practically every part of these mountains that were accessible to the public one afternoon and I kept the camera rolling. You can take an elevator part of the way up, but I suggest walking the stairs as you will still have quite a way to climb, elevator or not. Through a series of caves, you can reach the summit of the Water (Thuy) mountain and you'll get an amazing panoramic view of the area. But that is not the highest point, that lies at Loi Len Dinh Thong Thai, not far from the stairs down from the Water Mountain. There is a pagoda in a deep cave and many other areas to see, too many to name here. There are vendors at the base of the mountains and as well along the way to sell you water, and you will need to stay hydrated, especially on a hot sunny day. This was a highlight of being in the Da Nang area and I would say that hiking every part available to the visitors is worth it.
