Criss Cross (1949) is a classic film noir directed by Robert Siodmak, starring Burt Lancaster, Yvonne De Carlo, and Dan Duryea. The film tells the story of Steve Thompson (Lancaster), a man hopelessly drawn back into a dangerous romance with his ex-wife, Anna (De Carlo), despite her marriage to the ruthless gangster Slim Dundee (Duryea).

Steve, working as an armoured truck driver, gets entangled in a heist orchestrated by Dundee, believing it to be his chance to escape with Anna.
