To slow aging and look younger, I definitely think it’s about being healthy. 1. I eat lots of fresh veggies, minimum sugar and bad carbs. 2. I sleep until i naturally wakeup when i can. 3. I don't do tanning and use sunblock if i am under the dun for a long time. 4. Good skin care routine. I really like Origin Magic Mushroom series. 5. I pay attention to my hermones if things are weird. 6. I work out, meditate, usually happy and positive.
