The moist and yummy Sri Lankan coffee cake 🎂
The ingredients for the cake-
250g butter
250g sugar
4 eggs
2.5 teaspoons of vanilla
250g flour
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons of instant coffee
1/4 cup of milk
Bake 40-45 mins 150C
Coffee buttercream ingredients
200g butter
400g icing sugar
4 teaspoons of instant coffee mixed with 2 teaspoons of hot water
the amount of icing sugar sometimes vary with the weather conditions
You might need more if the weather is too hot. Just add until you like the consistency of the buttercream
