Today in this video you will learn about communication skills. I have discussed all these skills one by one in this lecture. Do you know what communication is? It’s a process in which we use any sort of language to convey our ideas or information. There are two ways of communication.
• Verbal
• Non-verbal
Non verbal communication is related to written text and verbal communication is all about speaking process.
We have following skills of communication:
• Clarity
• passion
• Interaction
• Confidence
• Memorable
Clarity means your language and message should be clear. It should be delivered clearly. If you are passionate then you can deliver your message clearly. I have also discussed about Interaction because it is the most important element of communication. It helps you to improve your professional relationship. You should be confident while communicating. You can use different ways to appear confident. By maintaining your eye contact you can address your audience and it shows that you are confident. Another element is clarity of your voice. Your voice should be clear so that your speaker can understand your ideas.
