This 20 minute seated Pranayama practice incorporates 3-part Yogic Breath (Dirga pranayama), Bhastrika (Breath of Fire) and Bramhari Breath (Buzzing Bee) to strengthen the capacity of the lungs and balance your nervous system, helping with immunity.
Do not practice bhastrika if pregnant, perhaps doing some more rounds of Dirga pranayama or Ujjayi instead.
