UNIQUE, No Oven, No Cake Mold Chocolate Cake Recipe | Chocolate Ganache Cake

Описание: Hi everyone, you must have seen many videos making small cakes using an appam pan. However, in this video, I am taking a step further to create a unique cake out of small chocolate cakes made in appam pan. No doubt, this is a delicious & decant cake but, it is easy to make and looks stunning as well!

SERVES: 4-5 People

INGREDIENTS:

Cake Batter:
• ½ Cup Yogurt (दही)
• ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• 3/4 Cup Milk (दूध)
• ¼ Cup Oil (तेल)
• 2 Tbsp Melted Butter (पिघला हुआ मक्ख़न)
• 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• 1 & ½ Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 1 & ½ Tsp Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)

Ganache:
• 80 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 3-4 Tbsp Milk (दूध)

Cream
• ¼ Cup Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
• 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
