Today I'll discuss my personal experience when it comes to attacking the offseason or attacking the winters for pitchers.
Something that we don't often talk about is what should pitchers be doing when the season ends. Should we put the ball down until the next season? Should we keep throwing?
I've kind of done a little bit of everything when it comes to my personal experience with offseasons. My general rule of thumb is to always identify what is going to allow your arm to be most optimal.
