Chicken Kebab Recipe
Ingredients :
1/2 kg chicken, minced
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
Garlic, minced
Green chilies, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp achari masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
1 egg, beaten
Instructions :
1 Mix minced chicken with chopped onions, tomato, garlic, green chilies, salt, zeera, garam masala, achari masala, red chili powder, and dhania powder.
2 Add beaten egg and mix well.
3 Shape into kebabs and fry or grill until cooked.
4 Serve hot with chutney or naan.
