This week, Kristin invites you to reflect on how God’s love becomes courageous, joyful, and real when you choose to live it out in everyday life. Through Scripture, thoughtful stories inspired by Love Does by Bob Goff, and gentle personal reflection, you are invited to notice the gap many of us feel between believing in love and actually practicing it.

Together, we will explore how Christ-centered love often nudges us beyond comfort and toward deeper, more purposeful connection with others. You will be encouraged to listen for where God may be inviting you to step toward someone with compassion, generosity, or encouragement, even in small and ordinary ways. This session offers space for inspiration, honesty, and practical reflection, helping you leave with a renewed sense of hope and simple, faithful steps for embodying God’s love day by day.

About the Speaker:
Kristin earned her M.A. in Counseling from La Sierra University and is a Board Certified Christian Counselor. She holds certifications in Abuse, Trauma, and Faith (ATF) and Marriage Relationships, with additional training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and self-compassion.

Before becoming a counselor, she spent eight years teaching elementary education, where she witnessed the emotional impact of divorce, anxiety, and depression on children and families. Shaped by both professional experience and her own counseling journey, she is passionate about equipping others with practical, faith-rooted mental health tools while raising three children with her husband.
