Описание: Armature Coil Equipment presents the high speed coil winding machine model AEX-02. This is an automatic, double spindle, linear programmable winding machine. It has the capability to wind two coils at the same time at great speeds without creating too much tension on the wires. The machine consists of a control panel, which allows the operator to program coil specifications easily. It can handle wires sizes from 20 to 40 AWG. The high speed bench winder consists of two wire guides, two spool stands with an enclosure, and dancer tension devices. The tension devices prevent the wires from breaking during the winding process. If by chance the wire does break, the machine stop immediately, thus mitigating the risk of an accident or injury.
