The Irish waltz section at the start is in Fmajor (Fmajor, Bbmajor, Fmajor, Cmajor)
The verse intro is also in F (Fmaj, Cmaj, F7, Bbmajor, Bbminor, Fmaj, C7),
The main verse moves into C (Cmaj, Emin, Fmaj, Cmaj, Gmaj)
The chorus moves up into D (D, A, Emin, G, A)
Then back to the main verse (C, Em, F, C, G)
Then repeat the chorus (D, A, Em, G, A)
The breakdown, which moves the verse chords up a tone (D, F# m, G, D, A)
Then repeat the chorus (D, A, Em, G, A) but this time in a stride piano style
Then play the introductory waltz, but in the key of D (D, G, D, A)
And that's the end!
