Описание: Delhi Flood: Hours after the Ring road was opened for traffic movement in both the carriageways between ISBT Kashmere Gate and Majnu ka Tilla, the Delhi Traffic Police said one carriageway (MKT to ISBT) has been closed again due to waterlogging. However, train services resume from Old Yamuna Bridge (Loha Pul).
