Ingredient
For dry batter
-200g maida(all purpose flour)
-salt as per taste
-2 tbsp corn flour or rice flour
-1 tbsp red chilli powder
-1/2 tbsp black pepper powder

For chicken marinade
-About 1/2 kg chicken breast
-1 tsp black pepper powder
-1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
-1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
-Salt as per taste
-1/2 tbsp vinegar
-An egg

Process
-Coat the marinated chicken in dry batter
-Give it a wash in chilled water
-Coat the chicken again in same dry batter and wait for a while
-Press the chicken pieces with light hand
-Fry for 3 minute on low to medium heat(first fry)
-Let it cool down completely
-For second fry, on high heat about 1 minute
