James Giordano, neuroscientist and neuroethicist; Chief, Neuroethics Studies Program, Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.; and Clark Fellow in Neurotechnology and Neuroethics, Human Science Center, Ludwigs Maxiolians University, Munich, Germany, spoke at the September 19, 2013 DC Art Science Evening Rendezvous exploring the topic of disasters. The event took place at the Keck Center, 500 Fifth St., N.W., Washington, D.C.
DASER is a monthly discussion forum on art and science projects in the national capital region.
