HI THERE! So earlier today the new DUAL PERCEPTION and DUAL PARLIAMENT quests began in DC! These quests are actually insanely good for picking up some extra orbs of these two VIP legendaries, although you will need both to be empowered to at least level 50 to get all of the rewards! If not and you just own the dragons, you can take them to level 40 and get some of the rewards at least.
We'll also be continuing on with heroic race lap 14 today! Lap 15 should be ours in not very long, so at least we're guaranteed this new high Cinco dragon!
