Pre-authorized Returns Sent to your Address - A Problem for Amazon Dropshipping?

Pre-authorized returns means that Amazon automatically approves certain returns that are requested by your customers. Then they give the customer a return label for which you may be charged the cost. Also, the item will be returned to your return address on Amazon. Is this a problem for Amazon dropshippers? What do you think?
