Spicy Peanut Chutney | Karnataka Style Chutney Powder | You’ll Love This with Hot Rice

Steps:
1️⃣ Take ½ cup fried groundnuts (peanuts) and add to a mixer jar. Grind coarsely.
2️⃣ Add 1 full garlic pod and grind again.
3️⃣ Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp red chili powder.
4️⃣ Grind everything into a fine, aromatic chutney powder.
5️⃣ Tempering: Heat 1 tbsp oil, add ½ tsp mustard seeds, a few curry leaves, and a pinch of hing (asafoetida).
6️⃣ Once it splutters, pour this tempering over the chutney powder and mix well.
7️⃣ Serve this spicy peanut chutney with hot rice or as a side for idli and dosa. 😋
