Actually I started doing cooking videos as a joke, but someone asked for some ideas because they never learned to cook so here goes nothing! lolz
Today I will show you how to make the simplest lentil curry ever.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of red lentils
4 Cloves of garlic roughly crushed
6 Small brown mushrooms
1 Medium carrot diced
1 Medium tomato chopped
1 Small white onion sliced thinly
1-2 teaspoons of Garam Masala
1-2 teaspoons of Tumeric
1/2-3/4 teaspoon of Salt
Black pepper to taste
Chili powder to taste
2 1/2 cups of water boiled in the kettle
Serve with Brown Rice
1 Cup brown rice cooked in 1 1/2 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of tumeric
